My inventory of some quarters is growing low.  I would be interested in trading for or purchasing some or all of the following quarters if they are really good shape and not discolored.  I can credit you for a trade or pay you 30 cents each for good circulated quarters, 35 cents for uncirculated quarters.

Notice: I have suspended trading coins for the time being.
It just takes up to much of my time; however,

Circulated and Uncirculated

Most Uncirculated Quarters are $1.00 on SALE for 90 cents each on orders of $10.00* or more.
These Brilliant uncirculated 50 State Quarters are purchased directly from the Denver (D) and Philadelphia (P) US Mints and come to you via First Class Mail in free paper sleeves.  Optional you can have your quarters packaged in archival safe Mylar flip which folds to 2" by 2" or in individual 2" by 2" Mylar and cardboard holders. Your choice. Click here to see the holders.  Note: IL Quarters are $2.00 each.

All Circulated Quarters are $0.80 each on SALE for 72 cents each on orders of $10.00* or more.
My friends and family have been helping me collect the new 50 State Quarters from circulation as they appear. All the coins we have collected are bright, shinny and in excellent shape. They may contain a few contact marks but the high points of the design do not show any wear.

Inventory of 50 State Quarters to Purchase:
I receive Uncirculated State Quarters directly from the US Mint while most of the Circulated State Quarters are collected locally from the Denver (D) mint, but I do trade with people back east for quarters from the Philadelphia (P) mint.

How to Order:
To order, simply click here or send an e-mail to tom@fl-ink.com with the State, Quantity, Mint (P or D) and Type (uncirculated or circulated) coins you want.  If you want the optional holders please specify:  Flips or Cardboard holders.  Make sure you include your shipping address.  When I receive your e-mail I will make sure I have the quarters you want in stock and send you a confirming e-mail with the price and postage charge.  Postage will be more if shipped outside the US.  If you want to place a standing order for new quarters as they are issued, check out my Subscription Service.
Note:  Click here for a list of State Quarters in the order they were issued with the official initials for each state.  If you are ordering a large number of quarters, you may want to print the list for reference.  For example, to order a mix of quarters from Pennsylvania and Missouri enter -- PA 1P 2D Circ., MO 2D Uncirc. -- or any other format that is easy for you.

Shipping Information and Holders:
Coin HoldersQuarters come in Free Paper Sleeves, taped to a heavy piece of paper, wrapped inside your invoice and sent in a standard #10 envelope.  For an additional cost of 5* cents per coin, pairs of quarters can be shipped in Archival safe Mylar Flips which folds to 2" by 2" or in individual 2" by 2" Mylar and Cardboard holders.  These optional holders are great for permanent storage and will be put in paper sleeves so the tape will not stick to or damage the holders.  Click here to order extra holdersClick here to see how I pack coins
* Note: Each Mylar Flips costs 10 cents and holds 2 coins so if you order an odd number of coins it will be rounded up to an even number.  I don't cut the Mylar Flips in half.

You pay the actual US Postal Service First Class Letter Rate for each ounce.  The first 2 quarters including packing and envelope equal one ounce.   Each additional 3 quarters including holders equal one additional ounce.  So if you order 2 quarters the postage is 42 cents, for 3, 4 or 5 quarters the postage is 59 cents. If you want insurance, your order must be sent via Priority mail which includes Delivery conformation.  Because of the US Post Office's 13 oz rule any order containing 39 or more quarters will be sent via Priority Mail.  Click here to see my policy on insurance. Any items shipped outside the United States will pay the actual shipping charges plus optional insurance if available.

For orders between 1 and 6 rolls (39 to 240 quarters), the US postage is $5.60 for a Flat Rate Priority Mail Envelope with Delivery Confirmation.  If over 6 rolls, postage is an additional $5.60.  When your quarters ship, you will be sent the Delivery Confirmation number so you can track your coins to your door.  By default these quarters will be shipped in Rolls instead of Paper Sleeves.  Optional holders and insurance are available as described above.

Handling Charge:
There is a 50 cent handling charge for each shipment including gift shipments. There is no minimum order; however, if you only order one coin then there is an additional 40 cent handling charge to let me cover my expenses.

Payment Information:
You can pay via a Personal Check, Cashiers Check, Money Order, Cash or PayPal.
Payment made via PayPal, Money Order, Cashiers Check or Cash (bills only please, no coins) will ship within 24 hours of receipt.  Make any check or money order payable to Tom Heald.  A Personal Check will be put on deposit for 7 to 8 days to make sure it clears before the item is shipped.  I only get notified if the check does not clear.  See my note about Cash Payments.

I have 2 PayPal accounts:

  1. Free Personal account for NON Credit or Debit Card payments: (ID = tom@fl-ink.com)     Use PayPal to make an eCheck payment from your checking account. It's free and it will clear faster than sending a check in the mail.
PayPal has changed their rules!!!  When you make a payment to my personal account you must select the "Personal" Tab (under the amount field) and then select "Payment owed" as the type of payment and not use a credit or debit card otherwise you will be charged a fee and I will have to refunded your payment.  You must also provide your address as PayPal will not provide it on a "Personal Payment".  Non card Personal Payments can be made from your PayPal account via -- an existing balance, eCheck, direct transfer from your bank, etc.
  2. Fee based Commercial account for Credit or Debit Card payments:  Click here for instructions on how to make a card payment.  It has a fee calculator and my Commercial Account ID. Generally the fee costs about the same as a postage stamp for a small purchase.  For large purchases you can avoid the fee with one of the other payment options.
