50 State Quarters by Release Date

The US Mint's stated schedule is to release a new quarter every 10 weeks or
so. The Mint generally puts it's bags and
two-roll sets of quarters on sale on a Monday that is not a holiday. The
historical ship dates are shown below. The next projected ship date is
posted as soon as the US Mint posts it or when I get an informal indication
which I mark with a "?". Neither the US Mint or this web site guarantee
the quarters will ship
then. As you can see, the schedule often varies from the Mint's general 10 week
schedule shown below.

A new law passed in 2008 authorizes 6 new quarters to be
issued in 2009, one for the District of Columbia and one for each of the
U. S. Territories. No design or release dates have been given. Go
here for details.

The US Mint states that one should allow 4 to 6 weeks after the Mint's posted
ship date before receiving the shipment, but in practice the shipment usually arrives in 6
to 10 days. Unlike the US Mint, I do guaranties that your quarters will
ship within 24 hours of receipt from the US Mint for all prepaid orders or after
your personal check clears.
