Quarter News:
The 2008  NM, New Mexico State Quarters were released on April 7, shipped on the 17th and arrived on the 22ed.  All prepaid orders have shipped.  Next up is AZ, Arizona in June.

A new law passed in 2008 authorizes 6 new quarters to be issued in 2009, one for the District of Columbia and one for each of the U. S. Territories.  They are to be released every 2 months.  I plan on carrying these quarters.  Click for more information.

On May 12, 2008 the postage will increase from $.41 to $.42 for the first ounce and $.17 for each additional ounce.   Postage to Canada and Mexico will change from $.69 to $.72 and most other International postage will go from $.90 to $.94.  The Post Office also promises to raise the rates again next May.

Postage for 2 Quarters -- 42 Cents -- That's it!  No hidden charges.
You pay the actual US Postal Service First Class Letter Rate for each ounce.  The first 2 quarters including packing and envelope equal one ounce.  Each additional 3 quarters including packing and holders equal one additional ounce.  There is no handling charge for two or more quarters.   Details!

Circulated and Uncirculated

Uncirculated Quarters Start at 80 cents each
These Brilliant uncirculated 50 State Quarters are purchased directly from the Denver (D) and Philadelphia (P) US Mints and come to you via First Class Mail in free paper sleeves.  Optional you can have your quarters packaged in archival safe Mylar flip which folds to 2" by 2" or in individual 2" by 2" Mylar and cardboard holders. Your choice. Click here to see the holders.

All 2007 and later uncirculated quarters are 80 cents each.
All 2004 through 2006 uncirculated quarters are $1.20 each.
All 1999 through 2003 uncirculated quarters are $1.50 each.

Circulated Quarters Start at 70 cents each
My friends and family have been helping me collect the new 50 State Quarters from circulation as they appear. All the coins we have collected are bright, shinny and in excellent shape. They may contain a few contact marks but the high points of the design do not show any wear.

All 2007 and later circulated quarters are 70 cents each.
All 2004 through 2006 circulated quarters are 90 cents each.
All 1999 through 2003 circulated quarters are $1.20 each.

Inventory of 50 State Quarters to Purchase:
I receive Uncirculated State Quarters directly from the US Mint while most of the Circulated State Quarters are collected locally from the Denver (D) mint, but I do trade with people back east for quarters from the Philadelphia (P) mint.

How to Order:
To order, simply click here or send an e-mail to tom@fl-ink.com with the State, Quantity, Mint (P or D) and Type (uncirculated or circulated) coins you want.  If you want the optional holders please specify:  Flips or Cardboard holders.  Make sure you include your shipping address.  When I receive your e-mail I will make sure I have the quarters you want in stock and send you a confirming e-mail with the price and postage charge.  Postage will be more if shipped outside the US.  If you want to place a standing order for new quarters as they are issued, check out my Subscription Service.
Note:  Click here for a list of State Quarters in the order they were issued with the official initials for each state.  If you are ordering a large number of quarters, you may want to print the list for reference.  For example, to order a mix of quarters from Pennsylvania and Missouri enter -- PA 1P 2D Circ., MO 2D Uncirc. -- or any other format that is easy for you.

Shipping Information and Holders:
Coin HoldersQuarters come in Free Paper Sleeves, taped to a heavy piece of paper, wrapped inside your invoice and sent in a standard #10 envelope.  For an additional cost of 5 cents per coin, pairs of quarters can be shipped in Archival safe Mylar Flips which folds to 2" by 2" or in individual 2" by 2" Mylar and Cardboard holders.  These optional holders are great for permanent storage and will be put in paper sleeves so the tape will not stick to or damage the holders.  Click here to order extra holdersClick here to see how I pack coins

Postage Information:
You pay the actual US Postal Service First Class Letter Rate for each ounce.  The first 2 quarters including packing and envelope equal one ounce.   Each additional 3 quarters including holders equal one additional ounce.  So if you order 2 quarters the postage is 41 cents, for 3, 4 or 5 quarters the postage is 58 cents. If you want insurance, it is an additional $1.65.  Click here to see my policy on insurance. Any items shipped outside the United States will pay the actual shipping charges plus optional insurance if available.

For orders between 1 and 6 rolls (40 to 200 coins), the US postage is $4.60 for a Flat Rate Priority Mail Envelope with Delivery Confirmation.  Each additional 1 to 6 rolls is an additional $4.60.  When your quarters ship, you will be sent the Delivery Confirmation number so you can track your coins to your door.  By default these quarters will be shipped in Rolls instead of Paper Sleeves.  Optional holders and insurance are available as described above.

Handling Charge:
There is no handling charge if you order two or more coins. However, if you only order one coin then there is a 40 cent handling charge to let me cover my expenses.
